Week 7 - Pyjama Day and Learning About Healthy Sleep! πŸŒ™πŸ’€

This week we've been focusing on the things that keep us healthy and feeling our best—and one of the most important is getting good sleep! On Thursday, we had a special Pyjama Day to learn all about sleep routines and how they help us stay healthy. The children (and teachers) came to school in their PJs for the day! We talked about bedtime routines, like reading a story, brushing our teeth, and getting cozy for a restful night. We even took a trip to the library to read books all about sleep. 🌟
